- For bet settlement purposes there must be at least 55 minutes of play in a match otherwise bets shall be considered void and stakes refunded unless stated otherwise.
- Settlement of matches will be based on the official final result, including any overtime played.
- All outright bets will stand as long as the team competes in any part of the season. The NFL outright market will be determined by the official winner of the Superbowl.
- For player match up bets, the quoted player must compete in at least one down for bets to stand.
- 1st touchdown scorer bets will be settled on who is the first official scorer of a touchdown regardless of whether a player listed was a starter.
- For Quarter betting, a Quarter must be completed in full for bets to stand.
- For 4th Quarter betting, the market will be settled on the 4th Quarter scores only and excluding any overtime played.
- For 1st half & 2nd half betting, the entire half must be completed in full otherwise bets shall be considered void and stakes refunded.
- The game must be completed in full for all props, total points, over/under, handicap and special bets to stand. If the game is not completed in full then bets shall be considered void and stakes refunded unless the result has already been determined.
- In the event of a postponement, cancellation or change of location of a game, all bets placed and accepted for that game shall be considered void and stakes refunded.
